How to Order

Orders can be placed from 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday, by calling +44 1768 863 881.

For next-day delivery, please place your order before 3pm. Saturday delivery is available in most areas.

Outside normal business hours, your call will be answered by our automated voicemail system and your order will be confirmed on the next business day.

For emergencies, please call our 24/7 technical support line on +44 7831 259 539.

Plasma products are normally shipped Priority Overnight via UPS Healthcare, although special arrangements can be made in emergency situations. Plasma is shipped frozen and packed in insulated boxes.
